Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual to join our team as a Regional Account Manager - Food Service. In this role, you will reimagine, develop, and drive our food service business, leveraging your existing network in the food service industry to generate revenue and manage accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver dynamic conceptual sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers
  • Utilize market research and your network to identify new business opportunities
  • Partner with clients to customize beverage menus, creating valuable tea solutions
  • Independently identify customer needs and deliver marketable, customized programs
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, enthusiasm for cold calling, and the ability to pursue innovative opportunities
  • Bring a high level of intuitive innovation to the food service space
  • Negotiate, budget, and provide exceptional service to clients
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Food Service Sales
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Prior experience managing brokers and distributors is preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in an upscale industry
  • Ability to efficiently work remotely with frequent business travel
  • Strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for tea and botanicals
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment with a focus on camaraderie and long-term career growth
