RN Critical Care Float Pool Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN Critical Care Float Pool to join our team at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. As a critical care float pool nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in a variety of settings, including medical and surgical units.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve desired outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- 1 year of nursing experience.
- Current National Certification in area of specialty.
