Delivery Specialist

AirSea Packing Group, a leading provider of shipping, storage, and logistics solutions, is seeking a dedicated Delivery Specialist to join our team. We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with our clients.
As a Delivery Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of furniture and personal property to our valued customers. You will be responsible for loading and unloading items from our trucks, navigating various routes, and providing outstanding customer service throughout the delivery process.
Responsibilities:- Properly load and secure items onto the delivery truck, ensuring safe transportation.
- Operate a large box truck safely and efficiently in diverse environments, including residential areas, businesses, and downtown locations.
- Unload and carefully set up furniture and personal property at client locations, demonstrating attention to detail and professionalism.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring a positive delivery experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized truck, adhering to safety standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to lift and move heavy items safely and efficiently, utilizing proper lifting techniques.
- Utilize technology effectively by operating tablets, scanners, and smartphones for delivery documentation and communication.
- Present a neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Class D).
- Minimum of one year of experience driving straight trucks.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely and efficiently, utilizing proper lifting techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring clear and professional interactions with clients.
- Proficiency in using technology, including tablets, scanners, and smartphones.
