Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Delivery Specialist** to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of medications and supplies to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute delivery routes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of medications and supplies
- Verify the accuracy of orders and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their staff
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to resolve any issues or concerns related to delivery
- Maintain a clean and safe vehicle, adhering to all company policies and regulations
- Comply with all federal and company regulations regarding patient confidentiality and data protection
- High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced degree or certification preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a delivery or customer service role; experience in the pharmacy industry a plus
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in pharmacy operations systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
