At Tower Semiconductor, we're seeking a highly skilled Defect Integration Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through effective defect management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of defect engineers and technicians tasked with all aspects of defect reduction in the wafer fab
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of defect engineers & technicians.
Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to team members.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the defect engineering team and with all relevant fab teams.

Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in engineering or a related field.
5+ years of experience in defect engineering or quality management in a relevant industry.
Direct experience and understanding of defect metrology tools including but not limited to Brightfield, Darkfield, low angle laser scattering detection tools as well as classification and characterization tools such as SEM review, EDX, or other relevant toolsets.
Proven experience in defect analysis and root cause analysis methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, 8D, FMEA, Models based Problem solving).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of quality standards and regulations applicable to the industry.
