Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with various medical conditions, including cardiac, respiratory, and neurological disorders.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- At least one year of experience as a Medical Telemetry Nurse or in a similar role.
