About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Medical Telemetry Nurse to join our team at Providence Medford Medical Center. As a Medical Telemetry Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Medical Telemetry Unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and medical conditions
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • At least one year of experience in a Medical Telemetry setting
