Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute marketing plans to elevate our offerings within the Biopharmaceutical domain.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to devise and implement effective promotional tactics.
  • Produce and present engaging marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
  • Foster lead generation and customer engagement through targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Evaluate marketing program effectiveness using key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) metrics, track outcomes, share insights, and communicate findings.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, ideally within the biopharmaceutical or life sciences sectors.
  • A proven track record of driving impactful initiatives and achieving measurable results.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits Overview

The estimated salary range for this position is $83,300.00–$110,000.00.


This role may also qualify for a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance in line with company policy.
