Job Title: Oil Change District Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join our team as an Oil Change District Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of our Sparkling Image Express Oil Change centers in the Orlando and Southern Florida area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct all activities of operations in the region to achieve operational performance targets.
  • Lead and direct each quick lube manager by setting goals for continuously driving improved customer service, high quality professional services, and financial performance.
  • Ensure site managers are focused on priorities and are building their teams to maximize results.
  • Provide sales leadership to ensure all selling standards, opportunities, and expectations are being met.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience managing multiple units and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and motivating management and unit personnel to achieve/exceed financial goals.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel) proficiency.
