Job Summary:

The Reservations Inbound Supervisor at Crystal Cruises plays a pivotal role in leading and supporting the Trade Reservations Inbound Consultants and Specialists in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert support to management and agents in resolving complex issues and clarifying policies.
  • Supervise the Call Centre team to maximize service levels and ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Monitor and track Inbound service levels and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Effectively manage and monitor call queues to maintain optimal phone coverage.
  • Ensure delivery of world-class customer service by verifying reservations, processing deposits, and final payments.
  • Maintain and enforce policies and procedures, including notation of all bookings and adherence to proper reservation procedures.
  • Resolve escalated problem files and satisfactorily resolve customer issues via phone and email.
  • Stay up-to-date on changing policies and promotional offers to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Meet and exceed productivity standards and goals while maintaining high customer service levels.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
  • 4+ years of customer service experience, with 1-2 years of leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Work Environment:

The Reservations Inbound Supervisor works in a typical office environment with moderate noise levels and occasional travel requirements.
