Overview:

This position entails supporting the lead Project Manager and primarily assisting with tactical project management responsibilities, which include preparing project plans, tracking tasks, conducting follow-ups, creating status reports, organizing meetings, and documenting discussions.

The Senior Business Systems Analyst component of the role involves conducting assessments (vendor selection), gathering requirements, creating scoring charts, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams, as well as supporting the implementation of chosen systems.

Project Focus:

- Regulatory system selection and related projects
- Quality assurance projects
- Additional small projects and coordination tasks as assigned

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver clear, timely, and concise project deliverables, including project plans, presentations, budget reviews, cross-project dependencies, risk analyses, mitigation strategies, key performance indicators (KPIs), stakeholder coordination, and status updates.
- Conduct assessments (vendor selection) and gather requirements, create scoring charts, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
- Support the implementation of selected systems through requirements gathering and testing.
- Execute tactical project management activities as needed.
- Communicate effectively across various audiences, utilizing appropriate escalation paths and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Translate technical rollouts and features into language understandable by non-technical audiences.

Qualifications:

- BA/BS in business, computer science, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a technology environment, preferably within a large organization.
- Proven track record in delivering multiple projects successfully.
- Experience with regulatory system implementations in the medical device or pharmaceutical sectors is advantageous.
- Strong business systems analysis capabilities.
- Experience managing smaller projects.
- Proficient in conducting requirement gathering, creating documentation, and interviewing stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
