Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach, and develop a high-performance team, including performance appraisal assessments.
  • Own the global product policies and procedures.
  • Ensure activities are performed according to US GAAP.
  • Provide monthly financial process results and commentary.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions.
  • Oversee monthly reporting and analysis.
  • Coordinate and supervise yearly calculations and global productivity analysis.
  • Participate in enterprise-wide projects.
  • Advise and support senior management in business decisions.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 5+ years of Big 4 or public/private experience.
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • CPA and/or MBA preferred.
  • Project management skills.
  • Strong understanding of accounting and finance processes and controls.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
