We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join our team at L3Harris Technologies. As a Systems Engineer - Intel & Cyber, you will contribute to the development of leading-edge technologies that deliver mission-critical solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform technical planning, concept of operations definition, requirements elicitation and derivation, and analyses throughout the system development lifecycle.
  • Develop electronic hardware and software architectures and designs based on system level requirements.
  • Develop internal requirements, CONOPs and interface control documents from customer / product requirements.
  • Support full system development lifecycle including concept, design fabrication, production, test, installation, operations, maintenance and disposal.
  • Interact with senior program managers and customers to define approaches and strategies.
  • Execute trade studies to identify solutions which meet requirements.
  • Provide guidance to development teams at internal and external gate reviews such as technical baseline reviews and design reviews.
  • Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
  • Ensure the logical and systemic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions which meet technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
  • Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI with CI Poly Security Clearance.
  • Coursework and/or experience in systems engineering, systems architecture, systems analysis and design, system performance modeling, integration and/or project management, and/or model-based systems engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience with Model Based Systems Engineering.
  • Systems Integration of subsystems and multi-segment systems.
  • Experience working in a Digital Engineering/MBSE environment.
  • Excellent people skills to include collaborating in a multi-disciplinary, diverse, and dynamic team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, & presentation).
