Key Responsibilities:
- Decompose and manage system requirements to ensure alignment with customer needs.
- Develop electronic hardware and software architectures and designs based on system level requirements.
- Develop internal requirements, CONOPs, and interface control documents from customer/product requirements.
- Support the full system development lifecycle, including concept, design, fabrication, production, test, installation, operations, maintenance, and disposal.
- Interact with senior program managers and customers to define approaches and strategies.
- Execute trade studies to identify solutions that meet requirements.
- Provide guidance to development teams at internal and external gate reviews, such as technical baseline reviews and design reviews.
- Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
- Ensure the logical and systemic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that meet technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
- Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Active TS/SCI with CI Poly Security Clearance.
- Coursework and/or experience in systems engineering, systems architecture, systems analysis and design, system performance modeling, integration, and/or project management, and/or model-based systems engineering.
- Demonstrated experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering.
- Systems Integration of subsystems and multi-segment systems.
- Experience working in a Digital Engineering/MBSE environment.
- Excellent people skills, including collaborating in a multi-disciplinary, diverse, and dynamic team environment.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, & presentation).
