As a Marketing Coordinator - In House, you will play a vital role in putting the world on vacation at Travel + Leisure Co. Our mission is to deliver exceptional vacation experiences to millions of travelers worldwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator - In House.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute in-house marketing strategies to promote vacation ownership and drive sales.
- Collaborate with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in and schedule presentations.
- Present and incentivize prospective customers to attend sales-preview tours and sales presentations.
- Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
- Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
- Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, and stay up-to-date on marketing information and materials.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and general computer skills.
- 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
