We are seeking a skilled Foreman to oversee construction projects for STP in the New England area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage lead personnel and staff to ensure project completion on time and within budget.
  • Communicate effectively with the General Superintendent regarding job progress and resource allocation.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by identifying hazards and conducting daily safety meetings.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of safety issues, equipment damage, and workplace injuries.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously and provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 certification required.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to read and interpret policies, reports, and construction plans.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and mobile devices.
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record.
  • Ability to travel within the New England area.
