We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Soccer Coach to join our team at The Player Progression Academy.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching 2-3 practices per week and 1 game per weekend, as well as attending PPA coach workshops and communicating with team parents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach 2-3 practices per week and 1 game per weekend, with a minimum of 10 hours of commitment per week.
  • Coach 2-6 tournaments per year, depending on age and skill level.
  • Send weekly communications to team parents, keeping them informed of team news and updates.
  • Attend PPA coach workshops, which will provide opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • Develop and implement training plans that cater to the needs of each team, focusing on technical and tactical development.
Requirements
  • Experience in coaching youth soccer, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaches.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Passion for developing young players and creating a positive team culture.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.
