The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest service, and managing the financial performance of the store.

  • Drive Sales and Profitability: Execute the Company's business plan to drive sales and profitability.

  • Manage Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Develop and Implement Strategies: Work with the management team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability.
Requirements
  • Previous Management Experience: Previous managerial experience is preferred but not required.
  • Customer Service Skills: Top-notch customer service skills are essential for this role.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership skills are required to manage a high-performing team.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for this role.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task is essential.
