Process Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Process Development Manager to join our team at Pajarito Powder LLC. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing manufacturing systems, processes, and equipment for scale-up.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement manufacturing systems, processes, and equipment for scale-up
- Recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency and productivity
- Assess structure-property-processing relationships for manufactured materials, including chemical synthesis and characterization processes
- BS in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering and 10+ years of experience
- Advanced understanding of Chemical Safety and Regulations
- Mastery and hands-on skills of chemical manufacturing processes
- Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
