Qualifications for Leadership:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in parking operations.

- Availability to work flexibly between 7 AM and 7 PM, Monday to Friday.

- Reliable transportation to commute across various locations in LA County.

Key Responsibilities:

- Address and resolve basic inquiries from customers and team members effectively.

- Ensure accurate reconciliation and reporting of daily revenue.
  • Engage with guests in a courteous manner.
  • Anticipate and communicate peak traffic flow and parking lot concerns.
  • Coordinate additional support during extended wait times.
  • Forecast currency and coin needs and reorder as necessary.
  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the work area and perform daily cleaning/maintenance tasks as required.
Preferred Experience:

- At least one year of experience in a lead or supervisory role.
  • Experience in customer service.
- Valet service experience is a plus.
