Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the used textile or recycling industries.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with inventory management software.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Commitment to Goodwill South Florida's mission and values.
