RN Manager Emergency Room FT Days

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Manager to lead our Emergency Department team at Carondelet St. Joseph's Hospital. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the ER, ensuring high-quality patient care, and fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and maintain throughput within the department, with a focus on discharge length of stay and overall metrics.
- Implement innovative strategies to improve ER performance and patient satisfaction.
- Recruit, retain, and develop staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and competencies to provide exceptional care.
- Facilitate conflict resolution, promote a positive work environment, and balance Just Culture.
- Exemplify the Tenet Code of Conduct and optimize the patient experience.
- Valid and current Arizona RN License or compact state license with the ability to become licensed in Arizona within 30 days.
- BLS (American Heart Association), ACLS (American Heart Association), PALS (American Heart Association), and TNCC (Preferred or Obtain within 6 months of starting).
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Business, Public Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years as a Licensed RN with at least 2 years in an emergency/critical care setting and 1 year in a leadership role as an RN.
