Ferretti Search is proud to partner with a leading manufacturing company to locate their next Human Resources Director of Operations.

Location: Charlotte, NC

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, plus performance-based incentives and comprehensive benefits package.

Schedule: Full-time

Our client offers a leadership opportunity that aligns with business goals, including talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning. You will lead the design and execution of HR initiatives, foster a positive and inclusive work environment, and oversee the implementation of performance review processes and employee development programs.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments. You should be a strategic thinker with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; SHRM-CP/SCP or SPHR certification is a plus.
