Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Developer/Administrator Subject Matter Expert to join our team at Omm IT Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SharePoint development and administration, with experience in creating, configuring, and administering SharePoint websites, as well as finding solutions to enhance business activity and customize sites based on our needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Framework, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
  • Configure and administer SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts.
  • Develop custom forms and templates using InfoPath and SharePoint Designer.
  • Integrate SharePoint with other business applications, such as CRM or ERP systems.
  • Perform maintenance of the SharePoint platform, servers, and intranet.
  • Provide technical support for SharePoint users.
  • Develop and implement SharePoint security and access controls.
  • Monitor SharePoint performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience, Master's degree and 5 years of experience, or 11 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a SharePoint developer role using SharePoint online/O365 and SharePoint on Premise 2013/2016.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of SharePoint system administration experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years supporting legacy SharePoint 2010/2013 technology relating to decommissioning.
  • Minimum of 2 years working with Service Design teams and projects to support the uplift of existing and migration to new technology.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in client interaction and understanding business application, business data flow and migration from SP 2010 or 2013 to 2016.
  • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of PowerApps and Power Automate.
  • Experience working with modern API Platforms such as REST, SOAP JSO & XML.
  • An understanding of cloud platforms and services, ideally Azure & Office 365.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Experience in SharePoint framework, building sites in hybrid environments, developing and administrating.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, multitask, and manage time appropriately.
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to be flexible, resourceful, organized and work in a fast-paced business environment with special requests.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of SDLC process, performing unit testing, and packing to deploy from DEV to PROD.
  • Strong knowledge of the.Net framework (C#), IIS, Azure Active Directory and SharePoint site configuration.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Must have expertise building and/or maintaining collaboration sites and/or programs.
  • Excellent knowledge around UI/UX.
