Job OverviewThe Barista is the foundation of our coffee shop, responsible for providing excellent customer service and a high-quality product. As a Barista, you will be a true professional, displaying a positive attitude at all times to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain enthusiastic customer relationships.
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages consistently.
- Maintain store operations and contribute to store profitability.
- Take responsibility for learning all aspects of the barista position.
- High school education or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is strongly preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to hear timers and coordinate with other baristas.
- Ability to check food quality and read production charts/recipes.
- Ability to interact with guests in a positive, hospitable manner.
- Ability to use the cash register/collect money with accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
