  • Implement and maintain efficient paperwork archiving procedures, ensuring easy access to relevant documents and minimizing administrative burdens.
  • Verify data consistency between physical material flow and SAP system documentation, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Provide clear instructions and guidance to drivers on loading and unloading procedures, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and reporting any deviations.
  • Organize and manage inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks and maintaining accurate physical inventory records in SAP and other systems.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory levels and warehouse operations, providing necessary information and support to team members.
  • Provide backup support to warehouse receiving functions, including loading and unloading deliveries, and assist with other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations
  • High level of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; previous SAP experience is an asset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy and organization
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to plan and schedule tasks, handle multiple priorities, and adapt to changing circumstances
