We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our studio in providing exceptional wellness services and experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing staff, and ensuring the overall success of our studio.

Job Description

The General Manager will be responsible for leading our studio team, driving sales growth, and ensuring the overall success of our studio. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, experience in sales and customer service, and a passion for the wellness industry.

Responsibilities
  • Drive store sales through membership, packages, and retail opportunities while adhering to sales success metrics
  • Maintain a strong local presence through partnerships with community and business organizations
  • Participate in local events and wellness initiatives and establish partnerships with fitness and wellness enthusiasts to generate interest in Restores services
  • Lead store team in service and product knowledge and motivate them to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Manage the proven sales process and work to exceed all sales while maintaining budgetary targets
  • Manage local grassroots marketing and prospecting initiatives. Solicit, coordinate, and participate in community events
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals across all services to ensure clear expectations for staff and the success of overall store performance
  • Maintain and track active marketing efforts through events, B2B, word-of-mouth, and social media platforms
  • Manage or delegate social media channels for the store to create compelling posts and communicate with guests and leads
  • Ensure all lead generation platforms are managed effectively and all marketing campaigns are followed
  • Create and maintain a highly engaged group of ambassadors and influencers that promote the store and brand
Requirements
  • You understand this is a sales leadership role, not a managerial/front desk role.
  • You will own the opportunity & become an expert at your craft.
  • You have the ability to work weekends - 2 Saturdays & 1 Sunday per month.
  • You have the ability to lead by example, coach & train employees of different backgrounds.
  • You have the ability to & enjoy talking to anyone and have a network of local people to recruit as clients.
  • You have the ability to build strong relationships with partnering businesses.
  • You have a 'get the job done' mentality and the patience to allow the business to grow under your leadership.
  • You are an implementor and can take charge of a multi-vertical business.
  • You have experience managing a team of 5 or more, performing scheduling & training.
  • You work best under pressure and controlled chaos.
  • You are comfortable moving & standing for extended periods of time.
  • You understand P&L's, Advanced Analytics and balance sheets and ability to manage costs.
  • You love the sales process and have a proven track record of B2B sales.
  • You have at least three to five years of management experience.
  • You've obtained an undergraduate degree or higher.
  • You're passionate about fitness, athletic achievement, and general health and wellness.
  • You understand Restore's offerings and can speak on them during the interview process.
  • You're a numbers person and can deliver action plans based on key metrics.
  • You embrace a leadership role and are also a strong team player.
  • You're driven to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goals for yourself and your team.
  • You get joy and fulfillment from helping people feel better and live healthier lifestyles.
  • You place importance on ethics and integrity and exhibit this every day.
