Job Title: Cleaner

Odin Properties is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner to maintain a clean and orderly environment for our community.

Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and clean community grounds, including restrooms, break rooms, and kitchen areas.
  • Dust and sanitize furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
  • Empty trash and recycling bins.
  • Replenish supplies such as paper towels and toilet paper.
  • Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Report any maintenance issues or needed repairs.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a cleaner or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
  • Flexibility to work during non-business hours if needed.
