Tri-Rinse is seeking a highly motivated Senior Operator to join our team at our Rantoul, IL location. As a Senior Operator, you will play a critical role in maintaining our high standards of safety, environmental responsibility, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all safety requirements, environmental and housekeeping standards while performing and monitoring day-to-day operations.
  • Support and coach others to be their best.
  • Generate and report on data about our production to help keep the team on track.
  • Analyze processes and equipment with very high standards to identify areas of operational improvement.
  • Ensure unit policies and procedures are being followed in their area of operations and coach others in compliance to policies and procedures.
  • Provide ongoing training to team members to maintain correct equipment and line operations and procedures.
