Allied Reliability is seeking experienced Accounts Payable professionals to process vendor invoices in SAP from receipt to payment.
This position reports to the Accounts Payable Supervisor and requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Responsibilities include assessing incoming invoices, posting invoices through a 3-way match process, and resolving exceptions in collaboration with purchasing, vendors, and plant contacts.
Additional responsibilities include requesting vendor changes, processing incoming postal mail, and performing invoice maintenance.
Qualifications include a high school diploma, additional training or coursework in accounting, and 2+ years of experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable department.
Experience in SAP system environment is required, and exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, as well as a team player focused on achieving results.
Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy is also required.
