Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled School Social Worker to join our team at LIFELONG LEARNING ADMINISTRATION CO. The successful candidate will provide leadership and support to the Learning Center, working in collaboration with site administration and student support team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult and work in partnership with the School Counselor to deliver school and community-wide best practices.
  • Create policies, procedures, and support that positively impact students' lives.
  • Help the Learning Center increase academic achievement.
  • Support students' social-emotional needs and behavior, provide mental health awareness, and create a safe and diverse learning environment.
  • Strengthen the family-school relationship.
Requirements
  • Masters' degree in Social Work required.
  • Valid California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential with Specialization in School Social Work required, Child Welfare Attendance (CWA) preferred.
  • Experience coordinating comprehensive support systems to students.
  • Experience providing case management, facilitating support groups, and delivering mental health interventions in an academic setting.
