Industrial Automation Maintenance Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Automation Maintenance Team Member to join our team at Toyota North America. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial automation equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automation equipment and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Industrial Automation Maintenance or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, including experience with automation equipment and systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and overtime.
