Your Role

As an Industrial Automation Maintenance Specialist, you play a vital role in achieving our production, quality, cost, and safety objectives within our facilities. Your responsibilities include:

  • Testing and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
  • Fabricating and machining components for various projects and equipment maintenance
  • Programming, troubleshooting, modifying, and repairing electronic systems
  • Diagnosing and fixing various machine components
  • Conducting basic administrative tasks, including documentation
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to enhance safety, quality, and productivity

Qualifications - External

What You Bring:

  • A technical background, including an Associate's degree in Industrial Automation Maintenance or a related field, hands-on maintenance experience, or military service
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed

Qualifications - Internal Team Members

Your Contributions:

  • Previous experience as a Current Track Team Member, TMMI Production Team Member, or TMMI Team Leader
  • No Corrective Action exceeding a Documented Discussion
  • A minimum of 6 months of service with TMMI
  • Required technical qualifications similar to those of External candidates
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime
