About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team at Brookdale at Home. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide direct care to residents in their homes, promoting independence and dignity.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care needs.
  • Provide non-medical hands-on care, including dressing, bathing, grooming, and assistance with transfers.
  • Help with housekeeping and laundry, as well as pet care and transportation to doctor's appointments.
  • Offer medication reminders and support residents with their daily routines.
