About the Role

Raytheon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our innovative Test Equipment Engineering team. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for managing project lifecycles, development, design verification, and manufacturing acceptance of final products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of approximately 10-15 members
  • Establish meaningful and measurable goals and communicate effectively with the team
  • Collaborate with multi-discipline teams in the operation, testing, and troubleshooting of systems
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and eight (8) years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and five (5) years of relevant experience
  • Experience leading efforts as a program manager, IPTL, sub-IPTL, REA, and/or project team lead
  • Experience with financial reporting activities, including CAM
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous work experience developing artifacts in Gain Phase (IQ) analysis
  • Ability to obtain and work in Special Access Program Area(s)
  • Experience developing TE for production test environments
