Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Guest Room Attendant to join our team at Residence Inn by Marriott Pleasanton. As a Guest Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel's guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms for occupancy, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities
  • Restock and maintain linen supplies, as well as clean and maintain laundry facilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure seamless operations and maintain a positive and respectful work environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of previous Guest Room Attendant experience in a full-service or limited-service hotel or similar job experience
  • Relevant military experience in a comparable capacity
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be 18 years of age or over
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience working in a team-oriented environment
