Position Summary

The Custodian is tasked with executing comprehensive custodial duties across all ACI Jet locations. The successful candidate will foster a collaborative and positive atmosphere with employees, vendors, and clients, either through direct engagement or by overseeing subordinate staff.

Reporting Structure

This position reports directly to the Custodian Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough daily cleaning of all ACI Jet facilities.
  • Order necessary supplies and equipment for cleaning tasks.
  • Monitor the condition of facilities and report any required repairs, safety issues, or service needs to the Facilities/GSE Lead.
  • Utilize company vehicles to gather supplies and materials essential for job completion.
  • Adhere to protocols for using chemical cleaners and power tools to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
  • Ensure timely and professional responses to all ACI Jet maintenance requests.
  • Participate actively in ACI Jet's SQMS program to uphold safety and quality standards in all assigned tasks.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated.
  • Physical capability to lift 50 pounds and to sit, bend, and stand for extended periods.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in facility custodial work.

Compensation: $23.00 per hour, depending on experience.
