Job Title: Custodian

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team at Orange County CA. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of facilities, including floors, walls, windows, and equipment
  • Operate heavy floor power cleaning equipment to clean floors, such as scrubbers, buffers, and vacuum cleaner and attachments
  • Move furniture, cabinets, and other equipment as needed
  • Count, add, and subtract small numbers to track inventory and supplies
  • Work cooperatively with others to achieve common goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Valid California Driver License, Class C or higher
  • One or more years of professional custodial work experience
  • Ability to work alone during a night shift
  • Experience cleaning up vomit, blood, urine, and other unpleasant bodily fluids
  • Experience unclogging toilets and sinks
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience using chemicals and cleaners that may require safe handling
  • Ability to prepare written records pertaining to areas cleaned, requesting supplies, and requesting repairs
