    • Provide education and training to nurses and other healthcare staff
    • Develop and implement educational programs to improve patient outcomes
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure education and training needs are met
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
    • Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical setting
    • Experience in a leadership or management role preferred
  • Certifications
    • Current RN license in the state of Washington
    • ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC certification, as required by facility or department
