  • 3+ years of collision management experience
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility for coverage under our company insurance policy
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including background and MVR checks

Abilities/Skills/Knowledge
  • Advanced understanding of collision estimatics
  • Prior experience with CCC1
  • Advanced understanding and knowledge of the repair process and procedures
  • Ability to understand instructions, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
  • Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching, kneeling, bending, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
