About the Role:As a Diesel Technician/Mechanic, you will be responsible for assessing and repairing our fleet of Semi Tractor/Trailers at the Railyard.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and execute solutions for mechanical, hydraulic, diesel, and electrical system problems.
- Read and understand hydraulic and electrical schematics.
- Troubleshoot and repair diesel engines (Cat, Cummins, Detroit).
- Perform maintenance and mechanical repairs on Hostlers and Forklifts.
- Maintain routine maintenance schedules on all Tractor Semi/Trailers.
- Competitive pay ($24.00 - $36.00 hourly depending on experience).

- 1-3 years of Tractor Semi/Trailer repair and maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of diesel engine systems, including fuel, electrical, cooling, and exhaust systems.
- Able to perform maintenance inspections, including tune-ups, oil changes, and other key services.
- Able to inspect mileage, belts, flushing fluids, and gasket replacements.
- Hydraulic and electrical maintenance experience required.
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Open availability required (all shifts and holidays).
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
- Owning tools preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license.
