Associate Psychotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our EmPATH team at CentraCare. As a key member of our multidisciplinary psychiatric team, you will provide diagnostic, psychological, or biopsychosocial evaluation and execute therapeutic treatment toward defined goals.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with acute mental health urgencies.
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy interventions in an Observation setting.
- Collaborate with our EmPATH team and community partners to develop Community Treatment plans.
- Work in a dynamic, team-oriented, fast-paced environment providing high-quality patient care.
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related Human Services field.
- State of Minnesota licensure required, with one of the following: Licensed Psychologist (LP), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
- Minimum of one year of experience in a mental health setting.
- Successful compliance with Minnesota Law, Chapter 372, relating to sexual exploitation of patients by staff providing psychotherapy services.
