Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Support Services Manager to join our team. This role involves handling incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries and providing accurate and efficient responses while meeting key department performance metrics.

You will be responsible for functional support areas including Cash Management products and services, Mobile app, and general account or financial related inquiries. To succeed in this position, you must possess excellent communication skills, be highly professional, and committed to delivering World-Class Service.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and multitask effectively.
