Key Responsibilities
  • Implement digital marketing and social media strategies to enhance our online presence and reputation.
  • Manage and maintain all internal and external digital platforms, including digital signage, web, Intranet, and social media sites.
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns, ads, and day-to-day activities to engage our audience and promote our mission.
  • Monitor trends in social media and research new tools and applications to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Assist with the recruitment, orientation, and recognition of volunteers to support event and organizational needs.
  • Provide administrative support services for the Department, including typing, filing, financial record keeping, donor tracking, and coordination of meetings and conferences.
Requirements
  • 2 to 5 years of previous job-related experience.
  • Previous knowledge and/or experience with Administrative Support.
  • Associate's degree or technical certification within a related area preferred.
  • 18 years of age.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Access to vehicle with valid insurance, registration, and inspection.
  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Certificate required.
  • Ability to communicate, read, write, and interpret English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with marketing, communications, graphic design, digital media, and volunteer management.
