Overview

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping our compensation strategy and ensuring fair and equitable pay practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct internal and external market pricing and pay equity reviews to ensure competitive compensation practices
  • Develop and implement annual salary range adjustments and compensation plans
  • Design and generate meaningful reports and analysis to inform compensation decisions
  • Support the day-to-day operations of our performance management tool and its various processes
  • Assist with pay survey work, including submission, tracking, and analysis
  • Contribute to the annual salary increase process and management incentive payouts
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
  • 3+ years of human resources experience
  • 2-4 years of experience as a compensation analyst
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification is preferred

Pay Range

$68,000.00 - $86,000.00 per year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
