Compensation Analyst

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping our compensation strategy and ensuring fair and equitable pay practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct internal and external market pricing and pay equity reviews to ensure competitive compensation practices
- Develop and implement annual salary range adjustments and compensation plans
- Design and generate meaningful reports and analysis to inform compensation decisions
- Support the day-to-day operations of our performance management tool and its various processes
- Assist with pay survey work, including submission, tracking, and analysis
- Contribute to the annual salary increase process and management incentive payouts
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- 3+ years of human resources experience
- 2-4 years of experience as a compensation analyst
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification is preferred

Pay Range$68,000.00 - $86,000.00 per year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
