We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team at B Above Services.

The Role:

We are looking for a talented BCBA to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, provide supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs), and analyze data to inform treatment strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs
  • Analyze data to inform treatment strategies
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals

Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification
  • At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA
  • Passionate about helping individuals with autism and related disorders
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
