Soliant Health is seeking a passionate and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to students in a school district located in California.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students with speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' strengths and areas of need.
- Write and maintain accurate and confidential client case notes and reports.
Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or eligibility for certification.
- Experience working with pediatric populations and in school settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
