Job Title: Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team at Ultimate Staffing. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us make data-driven decisions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our database for analysis.
  • Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets, reports, and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data solutions.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

Requirements:

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data visualization tools.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

· Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.

· 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.

· Knowledge of SQL and data modeling a plus.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

· Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
