Compensation:
$90,000 - $140,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients throughout all stages of litigation, including investigation, pleadings, discovery, pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents such as pleadings and motions.
  • Oversee discovery processes, including depositions.
  • Formulate litigation strategies and present case theories to senior management.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analyze relevant laws and precedents.
  • Negotiate settlements to resolve disputes efficiently and favorably.
  • Provide ongoing legal counsel to clients during the litigation process.
  • Engage in court proceedings, including hearings and trials.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients, offering updates and legal advice.
  • Adhere to all legal standards and uphold the ethical standards of the profession.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Active member in good standing with the state bar.
  • A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, particularly in trial settings.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in drafting legal documents.
  • Excellent negotiation capabilities with a history of favorable outcomes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with legal research tools and software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills for presenting legal concepts clearly.
