Salary:

Job Responsibilities:

• Punctuality and regular attendance are crucial in ensuring proper oversight and support of our clients.
• Stay awake, responsive, and communicate effectively with individuals, fostering a safe and healthy environment.
• Teach daily living skills, plan engaging activities, and create opportunities for personal growth and development.
• Implement Person-Centered Support Plans and Behavioral Plans, ensuring the well-being and dignity of each individual.
• Supervise individuals according to established guidelines, supporting their choices and autonomy.
• Assist with medication administration, complete administrative tasks, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Maintain effective communication with management regarding client needs and progress.

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Passable criminal background check and LEIE compliance
• Controlled substance test requirements
• Effective spoken, written, and reading English language skills
